Very good meat dishes, especially the Tomahawk steak (comes on the bone and is carved at the table) was convincing. Good wines and nice service - we'll be back

Today (due to Corona) we tested the delivery service with duck for two people. Just great! At first I was a little skeptical whether the duck would survive the transport in thermal containers in terms of taste - but that turned out well. Of course, the skin can't be as crispy as in the restaurant, but the cooking point was perfect and the duck really tender. Red cabbage and puree as well as Brussels sprouts and parsnips with a good taste experience. In addition, a punctual and super friendly delivery. With pleasure again. And of course we look forward to enjoying the post-corona time on site again.

Dear STRAUCHS FALCO team. Thank you for our family wedding lunch last Friday. We were very excited. A very attentive and friendly service, an outstanding menu and of course your always pleasant atmosphere made us very enthusiastic and happy. We hope you get through November safely so that we can be your guests again soon. All the best.

Great choices of seafood

Unfortunately, the food could not keep what you would expect from the presentation and price. The best was the wine. Addressing the service staff directly about the poor quality was not expedient - he wanted to pass it on to the chef at the end of the day ... The money would have been better spent elsewhere! The pizetta was probably okay ... but the second star ...

Coming from Stuttgart, invited my brother here today, as I had previously spent great evenings in the restaurant. But: Unfortunately now the total flop. Tough flank steak, over-fried factory fries, over-seasoned vegetables and the food only came after waiting over an hour. For this, at the end, an invoice of 165 euros. Was absolutely not worth it. Eaten a rump steak the day before at “Schöne Leben” around the corner for a fraction of the money, which was simply a dream. I will probably not come back to the "Falco". Too bad.

Well started and ended underground. The service was initially very friendly and attentive. When it came to the end and we were the only guests, you noticed that the staff just wanted to call it a day (2 hours before the actual closing time!) It is an art to walk past the only table 7 times and to ignore it permanently. Sitting on the dry for three quarters of an hour and nobody cares - despite multiple eye contact. Sad because the ambience is really great. Unfortunately, service is an absolute failure. We then went to the employee for the invoice and ordered it. This is not a hospitable company. At the beginning we really thought about coming again - but this was done after the terrible end ... What a shame

Very good quality food and service. Open kitchen - that creates trust! Not exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Very polite and friendly received and served. There were 10 of us and we all got our meals at the same time. Everything tasted very, very good - a great evening!

Great location, very nice and cozy ambience. The prices are already higher, but the quality of the food is well worth it. We were also allowed to take our dog inside. The only downside is the service, which could be better. Nevertheless, we can absolutely recommend this restaurant for people who value good food.

I can really recommend this place! I think the place is contemporary for all kinds of occasions, whether with a partner, friends or clan; ). Certainly I come here with my relatives for my part and can rely on being served without complaint. My sister and I were there too together and each of us ate something different it was great.

Most culinary disappointment even if the ambience and the delicious bread and olive oil paved a completely different path at the beginning. As a food fanatic, only partially recommend it and the service turns out to be a challenge.

The meal was a delight. Highly recommended! I will gladly come again.

Unfortunately, the service couldn't keep up with the quality of the food during our visit. Apparently there is not enough staff here for the number of tables that are sold. Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio is not right at all. Too bad.

1. All hygiene measures are observed. Service team all nice and friendly, helpful, eat excellent. Only wen menu didn't necessarily match the QR menu. You could have made more sales in some areas. But as I said, everything is top notch, very good quality. And "one" is full. We'd love to come back.

There is one star for cold drinks. I withdraw the other 4 because it was not possible to bring a salad and a dessert plate to the table within 60 minutes, because the waitress unfortunately forgot to do so. The bread and the cutlery were brought. Underground service !!!

I guess the team was streched and overworked - small mistakes summed up for our party of 5 for a special occasion... received compensation which we've accepted... unfortunately management was a no-show although very visible earlier on...

So I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. Our service was extremely friendly and attentive. The different courses came at the right time in a row. In addition, the food was really excellent and the atmosphere was very nice! Next time I'm in Hamburg, I'll be back!

Only one vegetarian option and it's delicious! We spent a beautiful sunny afternoon on the extensive terrace and enjoyed the great service. Fine place for people watching, chatting and refined dining.

Underground service, we waited more than 30 minutes for the waiter after choosing a seat on the terrace with no result. No drinks, no food. At least we could see the water in time. It happened to several guests

Terrible food and high headed attitude from the staff. Everything we ordered was sub standard and extremely overpriced. We could not even chew the fish, and we asked the restaurant to replace it and they said it is what it is - take it or leave it.

We were in the restaurant today on a Saturday in April and even took our medium sized dog with us. How were the friendliness, the service, the kitchen, the speed of the food and the quality of the food itself. We have nothing to complain about. It was an all-round successful evening. Very good menu with colleagues in larger group enjoyed. That was pretty good, rarely had so many ideas on the plate. Service was great, English no problem, the card was bilingual.

Overpriced and pretentious. Ordered a ceviche and got something bland that looked like sashimi with onions. However, service is excellent.

For the prices here, the food was very average. We ordered ceviche (classic) but it was very bland compared to the real thing. The pizza was lackluster and the main (chicken with gnocci) was okay. For the prices, i expected more interesting flavors but it was all slightly below average. Save yourself and try somewhere else.

My wife ordered “one” pizza and “one” best of seafood platter for two as described on the menu. We were charged twice for the seafood platter. The waitress said yes the charges were correct since we were sharing the platter and played the “language barrier” when we protested. I would not recommend if your a tourist!!!

We went to Strauchs Falco after a friend recommended it to me and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice and friendly service, always close when you needed to order something else. Nice wine selection and the steak we had was just right, prepared on lava stone. Overall great value for what you get. Thank you for making our stay special, we will definitely visit again.

Good quality food, friendly service, a bit long maybe.... Wine is good. Tried fish and meat there and both were tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is warm and every time I go there I feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Little expensive relative for quality. Service not so great. The waiter forgot our wine and served the wrong food.

Good food but overpriced and pretentious.... When we asked for tapwater (we had a very expensive bill) they said that they did not have any.

Terrible service and overpriced food. Took 2.5 hours for dinner to arrive. Messed up our orders. Overcooked and burnt a €90 steak which was requested at medium rare.... The list goes on.... Unapologetic waiter and manager...

food was great but service was far below expectation. orders were forgotten twice and it took very long even to get water or coffee. i hope you will improve these details that define the experience. i wish you the best.
